Hello, everyone!

I hope the week is going well. I know many of you are on vacation outside of the daily paradise that is Emerald Isle, and I hope it has been relaxing and refreshing. As for me, I underwent my Ordination Council review on Monday, and I am happy to report that I was accepted for ordination! An evening service is currently being planned for July 19th with more information to come, and I hope to see many of you there. You won’t have to call me “Reverend” unless you just want to.

I received ~25 responses to the poll about planning a weekly Bible and/or book study. There is still time to have your voice heard! Please complete the poll found here if you have no already done so:  Poll. As it stands now, it seems that Wednesday mornings at 11 a.m. are the most preferred with a focus on Eschatology and Apocalyptic texts–the books of Daniel and Revelation. Remember Father’s Day is coming up, so be sure to remember those in your life who have been “Fathers” in your life. Let’s remember God, our Spiritual Father, and all of the beautiful gifts He bestows upon us. I look forward to seeing many of you at the Men’s Prayer Breakfast this Saturday and the rest of you at worship on Sunday.

With love,

Pastor Zach
